Job Summary

This role manages supply chain processes for a country or regional business unit with minimal supervision. It reviews current business processes and performance metrics for regional and global planning teams, and finds ways to streamline and optimize operations. The role gathers and analyzes data, creates reports, and builds management dashboards and review documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain processes such as inventory analysis, order fulfillment, import/export operations and shipping for a country or regional business unit, using discretion and judgement.
• Compile key metrics, produce reports, and analyze data in IT systems for demand and supply matching.
• Support the analysis conducted for backlog management.
• Gather demand data from countries and regions for demand planning.
• Review current business processes for regional and global planning teams.
• Review performance metrics regularly and identify improvement opportunities.
• Establish and maintain management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents.
• Communicate requirements and guidelines to regional planning teams.
• Conduct ongoing operational training and readiness for new hires.

What You Can Expect

As a Business Analyst for S4 EDI Inventory Reconciliation, you will understand end-to-end EDI architecture and business processes between HP and partner systems. You will work with IT and Operations teams to permanently fix recurring EDI variance issues.

• Drive programs with HP IT, Supply Chain Finance, partner operations and IT, and regional teams to identify and fix EDI variances permanently.
• Drive process improvements that deliver business benefits.
• Identify issues in gateway systems and work with IT and third party logistics providers to resolve them.
