Role Definition

This role supports customer inquiries about order lead time and order configuration changes. It is responsible for new orders and order changes, making sure requests are successfully received by the order system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control new sales orders, identify key elements and communicate downstream for required actions.
• Audit customer order change requests and evaluate acceptance from a material, production plan, technical and logistics perspective.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, giving feedback on lead time, planned timeline, order changes and reschedules.
• Align customer orders with the sales production plan to achieve monthly goals.
• Act as primary contact with other departments to manage sales and customer priorities.
