Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have project management skills with a technical background in implementing banking software applications, preferably within a cloud deployment environment. They should also understand fund management and/or front-office terminology and operations.

Why this role is important to us

The team you will join is part of Charles River Development (CRD), which became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD creates enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds. Together, we have develoradhiradped the first open front-to-back platform, State Street Alpha, launched in 2019.

What you will be responsible for

As an Apprentice IT PMO Analyst, you will:

  • Identify, compile, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Define project plans with senior project managers
  • Implement solutions to automate BAU processes using tools like SharePoint, Python, C++, or Java
  • Maintain project artifacts and document lessons learned
  • Provide status reporting on assigned tasks
  • Coordinate implementation with SaaS Upgrade and Technical Onboarding teams
  • Plan, track, and report on infrastructure deployment for SaaS solutions
  • Track and monitor timesheets and dashboards
  • Work with technical support teams to consolidate artifacts meeting SDLC standards
