Implementation Consultant at Zycus | Mumbai & Bengaluru | Freshers

Zycus is looking for talented Graduate Engineers who are excited about technology, problem-solving, Artificial Intelligence, and working with global enterprises.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work at the intersection of Technology, AI, Consulting, and Business Transformation. You will help some of the world's largest organizations implement and adopt Zycus's AI-powered procurement platform.

This is an opportunity for engineers who want to go beyond writing code and learn how enterprise technology is designed, implemented, integrated, and adopted by global organizations.

You will work with experienced consultants, product managers, engineers, and customers to solve real-world business problems using SaaS, APIs, data, automation, GenAI, and AI-powered solutions.

What You'll Do

Enterprise SaaS Implementation

• Learn and contribute to the implementation of Zycus's AI-powered Source-to-Pay platform for global enterprises.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
• Configure and customize the Zycus platform based on customer requirements.
• Work with APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
• Work with senior consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

AI & GenAI

• Work on real-world applications of AI, GenAI, automation, and intelligent agents in enterprise procurement.
• Explore how AI can automate repetitive business processes and improve decision-making.
• Work with AI-powered capabilities such as intelligent invoice processing, supplier recommendations, spend analytics, AI assistants and chatbots, intelligent automation, and predictive insights.
• Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve customer processes.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and apply them to enterprise use cases.

Technology & Integration

• Work with enterprise applications, cloud technologies, APIs, and data integrations.
• Understand how SaaS applications integrate with systems such as SAP and other enterprise platforms.
• Analyze data and troubleshoot integration or configuration issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Build a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

Global Customer Exposure

• Work with project teams supporting Fortune 1000 enterprises across the globe.
• Participate in customer discussions, workshops, solution walkthroughs, and training sessions.
• Understand how technology is used to solve complex business problems.
• Develop strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Project Management, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Learn from experienced implementation consultants and technology leaders.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Take increasing ownership of implementation activities as you build expertise.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence / Data Science, or related engineering disciplines.
• Strong academic record.
