Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategy

• Work on the Multi-Agent AI Analytics System to enhance scalable conversational insights
• Design and refine machine learning models for real-time personalization, player matchmaking, and churn prediction
• Conduct experimentation to increase user engagement, retention, and monetization using user-level intelligence

Operations

• Monitor and maintain real-time data pipelines supporting anomaly detection, matchmaking services, and feature stores
• Optimize ML inference for live gameplay applications such as spin-the-wheel rewards, sticker recommendations, and GBM matchmaking

Collaboration

• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate insights into player-centric features
• Lead efforts in implementing AI-driven tooling and automating internal workflows across the team

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in Python and the machine learning ecosystem
• Sound understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
• Experience through coursework or personal projects in ML fundamentals including regression, classification, and deep learning models
• Familiarity with SQL and enthusiasm for working with data pipelines and large-scale systems
• Self-motivated learner with a strong passion for staying current with AI trends and technologies
• Proficiency in AI tools like Cursor, GPT, Claude to boost development speed
• Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-first attitude
