Job Family Definition

This role provides professional solutions to company end-users, dealers and service providers for escalated case issues received by telephone and written correspondence. You will also act as an escalation point for company field employees, executives and channel partners on customer satisfaction matters such as availability, price concerns, product safety issues, complaints about the company or its representatives, and complaints about an authorized dealer or channel.

Management Level Definition

You will apply the foundational principles, theories and concepts of the function to assignments of limited scope. You will use professional concepts and theoretical knowledge gained through specialized training, education or prior experience, and build practical knowledge of applications within the business environment. You will act as a team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations to support team efforts, and you will exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.

Work Arrangement

This role is hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week working from an HPE office.
