Job Summary
This role provides call and email support to employees and members to resolve inactive PF accounts. You will follow up with members to help them settle or transfer PF balances, with the aim of reducing the number of inactive accounts. You will also guide members on the information and documents needed for PF settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify Form 19 (PF Final Settlement) claims and supporting details before further processing.
- Track pending cases and follow up with members until they are closed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, claim status and resolved cases.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to resolve PF account and settlement-related queries.
