As a Process Associate, Recruitment, you will work with partners to provide end-to-end recruitment support. You will work closely with the client, IBM's operations management, and staff to define, develop, plan, and implement sourcing strategies that build a qualified talent pool. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Taking partial ownership of the sourcing life cycle and ensuring process adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Implementing new sourcing methods, assessing candidate suitability, and setting rigorous screening criteria to identify top talent
• Collaborating with business leaders to set goals for the Global Delivery Center on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Using the ATS to screen candidates and keep candidate status up to date on the ATS tool
• Demonstrating the ability to build rapport and work with Hiring Managers through every stage, from open requisition to sourcing, debriefing, and offer
• Using social media channels and other creative sourcing methods
• Managing partners and handling challenging discussions, while building deep domain knowledge and business strategy and driving innovation
• Analysing complex data and meeting targets effectively

Self-directed and ambitious, you bring proficiency in MS Office applications along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
