GenAI Internship at Zycus (Mumbai) | ₹25K/Month

Job Description

Zycus is hiring Interns with strong Generative AI acumen to work across multiple business and technology functions. This is not a role limited to SRE or DevOps; interns will be mapped to teams based on their skills, interests, and strengths.

You will get an opportunity to apply GenAI in real-world enterprise scenarios across customer-facing, product, and internal platforms.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 Months
• Stipend: INR 25,000 per month
• Full-Time Opportunity: High performers will be considered for full-time roles in relevant teams

Function Allocation (Based on Skills & Fit)

Selected interns will be deployed across one of the following teams:

• Professional Services – AI-driven implementation, automation in delivery
• Customer Success – AI for customer insights, renewals, and engagement
• Technical Support – AI-led ticketing, chatbot enablement, issue resolution
• Spend/Product Team – AI use cases within procurement and SaaS products
• ITIS (Internal IT Systems) – AI for internal automation and productivity
• Zycus University (Training) – AI-driven learning, content generation, enablement
• Engineering (Java Team) – Building AI-integrated enterprise applications
• SRE / DevOps – AI-driven reliability, monitoring, and automation
• Security – AI in threat detection, risk analysis, and compliance

Final team allocation will be based on candidate's skills, project exposure, and interview performance.

Roles & Responsibilities (Across Functions)

• Work on GenAI-powered use cases relevant to your assigned function
• Assist in building, testing, or optimizing LLM-based applications and workflows
• Use AI tools to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and solve business problems
• Support teams in data analysis, insights generation, and decision support
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive AI adoption across the organization
• Contribute to process improvement, innovation, and AI experimentation

Must-Have Skills

• Basic programming knowledge (Python and/or Java)
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLMs
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI platforms
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of at least one:
  • Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • APIs / system integration
  • Linux/Unix

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prompt engineering or AI use-case building
• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise systems, or automation workflows
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, or microservices
• Understanding of customer lifecycle, support workflows, or training systems
• Version control (Git)
