Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior backend engineers to build scalable services and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Help develop and enhance microservices and backend infrastructure.
• Work cross-functionally with Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless integration.
• Learn and apply AI-driven development workflows and tools under mentorship.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Hands-on with at least one programming language like Java or Ruby.
• Exposure to frameworks such as Spring Boot or Ruby on Rails.
• Basic understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Solid foundation in core software engineering principles (OOPS, DRY, SOLID).
• Prior internship or academic project in backend development is a plus.
• Willingness to explore AI tools and integrate them into development processes.
• Passionate about backend systems, problem-solving, and technology innovation.
