Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior backend engineers to build scalable services and APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality.
- Help develop and enhance microservices and backend infrastructure.
- Work cross-functionally with Frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless integration.
- Learn and apply AI-driven development workflows and tools under mentorship.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Hands-on with at least one programming language like Java or Ruby.
- Exposure to frameworks such as Spring Boot or Ruby on Rails.
- Basic understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Solid foundation in core software engineering principles (OOPS, DRY, SOLID).
- Prior internship or academic project in backend development is a plus.
- Willingness to explore AI tools and integrate them into development processes.
- Passionate about backend systems, problem-solving, and technology innovation.
