Trust & Agency Services (TAS) serves more than 1,500 clients, including multinational corporations, banks, financial institutions, hedge funds, asset managers, and supranational agencies worldwide. TAS Operations supports a broad range of debt capital market transactions, from traditional to structured debt products, including project finance, REITs, Islamic finance, escrow services, restructurings, loan agency, depository receipts, structured finance, and US mortgage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely services to clients covering primary issuance, post issuance activities, CLOs, reconciliations, and review of US mortgage documentation.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining the required quality standards.
- Interact with clients, agents, and custodians through calls and emails to resolve queries.
- Support cross training initiatives within the department to maintain operational backups.
- Manage productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times according to defined benchmarks.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate level to prevent business impact.
- Prepare reports to track and summarize periodic inquiries received.
- Follow KOP and KPI guidelines while ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in projects related to analysis, release testing, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with peers, team leads, managers, and stakeholders to ensure operational tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Contribute to team collaboration by sharing ideas and supporting colleagues in achieving common goals.
Skills and Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience for Analyst roles and 3 to 7 years for Senior Analyst positions, preferably in banking or financial services, loan servicing, or US mortgage operations.
- Knowledge of debt products, settlements, payments, corporate actions, billing, invoice generation, reconciliations, loan servicing, or US mortgage processes is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high transaction productivity.
- Flexibility to work in shift-based schedules.
