The Opportunity

We are hiring Consultant - TAM Interns for our Customer Success & Support organization who will help global enterprises maximize the value of Zycus's AI-powered platform. You will combine Technology + AI + Data + Problem Solving + Customer Interaction to understand customer problems, analyze data, troubleshoot technical issues, identify opportunities for automation, and help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Build with AI

AI is not an optional skill at Zycus. It is how we work. You will:

• Use Generative AI and AI-powered tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and customer engagement.
• Explore how LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, automation, and intelligent workflows can solve enterprise problems.
• Identify repetitive customer and operational processes that can be automated using AI.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity.
• Analyze customer data and product usage to generate AI-assisted insights.
• Develop creative AI-driven approaches to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Solve Technical Problems

You will develop hands-on exposure to:

• Enterprise SaaS architecture
• REST APIs and system integrations
• JSON and data flows
• Cloud-based applications
• Workflow automation
• Product configuration
• Technical troubleshooting
• Data analysis and visualization
• Enterprise application ecosystems

You will work with technical teams to investigate customer issues, understand root causes, and identify solutions. You won't simply pass problems to Engineering, you will learn to understand the problem first.

Work With Global Enterprises

You will work as a Consultant TAM supporting Fortune 500 and global enterprise customers across the US, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ. You may participate in:

• Customer meetings
• Technical discussions
• Business reviews
• Product demonstrations
• Technical workshops
• Account planning
• Adoption and enablement initiatives

You will learn how engineers communicate with senior business and technology stakeholders and how enterprise customers evaluate and adopt technology. You will work closely with Product, Engineering and other cross-functional teams providing you with the exposure to how large-scale enterprise technology is built, deployed, adopted, and continuously improved.

Turn Data Into Insights

You will use customer and product data to:

• Monitor product adoption and usage.
• Identify trends and anomalies.
• Track customer health and operational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build dashboards and reports.
• Develop data-driven recommendations.

The goal is not just to report numbers, but to answer: "What does the data tell us, and what should we do about it?"

Work Across Engineering, Product & Customer Success

You will collaborate with:
