Job Description

Purpose of the role

The role focuses on designing, developing, and improving software using established engineering methods. The objective is to deliver technology, platform, and business capabilities that support customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver high quality software solutions using industry standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to maintain strong code quality.
• Stay informed about technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities that promote technical growth.
• Follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive information, and maintain secure software systems.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to support reliable, readable, and well designed code.
