Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions using established engineering practices. The work supports business, platform, and technology capabilities used by customers and colleagues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver reliable software solutions using industry standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, design solution approaches, and support smooth integration with business objectives.
• Work closely with peers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to maintaining strong code quality and knowledge sharing practices.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities to support continuous learning and innovation.
• Follow secure coding standards to minimize vulnerabilities, safeguard sensitive data, and maintain secure systems.
• Implement effective unit testing to support clean code design, reliability, and maintainability.
