Job Summary

The Central Operations Support Executive will remotely assist with the daily activities of sellers, which includes monitoring daily metrics, initiating on-field support for sellers and audits, managing stakeholders both within and outside of Amazon, implementing new processes, and operating central control centers. This role requires an individual with a broad perspective on customer experience and a strong willingness to take ownership. The ideal candidate will possess skills in identifying patterns and disruptions, as well as the ability to scrutinize details and anticipate data implications.

This team provides support for inbound and outbound operations through both voice and non-voice communication channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Remotely oversee the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
• Act as a liaison between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies to ensure efficient and timely execution of operations.
• Provide training and guidance to sellers for the implementation and adherence to norms and practices.
• Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analyze data, and propose features and processes aimed at enhancing the Seller experience.
