Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases for software builds across desktop and mobile platforms for Amazon Assistant products.
• Carry out test execution activities and report bugs with accuracy.
• Understand testing processes and follow guidelines for new builds and releases.
• Perform regression and repetitive testing while maintaining quality standards.
• Use software tools such as adb command for daily data capture activities.
• Capture results, communicate failures, escalate issues, and provide status updates.
• Raise failures or clarification requests in the portal and close them within defined SLA timelines.
• Read basic scripts for troubleshooting purposes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop environment and tools such as Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.
• Experience in quality assurance engineering, technical support, troubleshooting, or debugging technical systems.
• Understanding of test plans, test cases, and testing results with a QA background.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of QA experience can apply.
