This team supports automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers by providing real-time and offline image and video auditing services. The team works closely with Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics teams to help maintain inventory accuracy across fulfillment centers.
As an Associate, you will review videos of stowing actions, understand the activity shown, and use internal tools to identify and mark product locations accurately. The role requires careful judgment, high accuracy, and attention to detail while performing video and image audits to help reduce operational defects.
Associates work in a 24x7 operational environment with rotational shifts. The standard shift is 9 hours, including scheduled breaks, and timings may change based on business requirements.
Employees working night shifts may receive a night shift allowance according to company policy. Weekly offs are rotational, with two consecutive days off during a five-day work week.
The Data Auditing Operations team provides human support for Amazon Fulfillment facilities by auditing short-duration videos and images related to product stowing activities. These audits help improve the effectiveness of automated processes and maintain stow quality across fulfillment centers.
Associates are evaluated continuously for performance and quality improvements through coaching and operational feedback.
