Responsible for the Vendor to Carrier to Fulfillment Center pipeline. The team ensures freight is collected on schedule and delivered according to appointment times while resolving issues that occur during the pick-up to delivery process.
Handles the Fulfillment Center to Carrier to Carrier Hub flow. The objective is to ensure trucks depart fulfillment centers on time to meet delivery commitments and resolve issues from dispatch through final delivery.
