Job Description

The Global Order Management Team is responsible for validating and processing executed contracts in line with established procedures, policies, and standards. This involves coordinating with various cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Partners, Business Finance, Business Practices, and upstream and downstream processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing and revenue recognition. The team manages online and offline submissions for License, Hardware, Cloud, Support Renewal, and Education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry, record verification, and validation of policies in alignment with current business practices and Desk Manuals for HW/License/Cloud/Support Renewal/Edu.
  • Identify queries on non-compliant requests and work with the right stakeholders to resolve them by providing details on possible resolution.
  • Collaborate with Upstream and Downstream teams like CDM, IB, Collection, and AR for resolution of customer-related issues.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines including SOX and internal and external compliance audits.
  • Constantly strive to enhance technical and process knowledge and participate in assessment programs and updates.
  • Meet defined KPIs for Input Quality, Output Quality, Efficiency, and Turnaround Time.
  • Demonstrate customer centricity with an intent to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, delivering true value by earning customer trust.

This role reports to Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager.
