Role Overview

Zycus is inviting BE, BTech, or MCA graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches to join as interns in the IT Infrastructure and Support (ITIS) department. The internship focuses on supporting IT operations while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and enhance system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for internal IT infrastructure, systems, and tools.
• Use AI tools and automation platforms to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.
• Assist with automating repetitive IT support activities.
• Monitor systems and help identify potential issues proactively.
• Work with internal teams to improve IT processes using AI-based approaches.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and solution records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BE or BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong interest and practical exposure to AI tools and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and operating systems.
• Ability to learn quickly and approach problems analytically.
• Comfortable collaborating and communicating with team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI tools for automation or troubleshooting.
• Basic scripting knowledge such as Python or Shell.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or system monitoring tools.
