About Role:

At Zeta, UX design drives everything we build. As a UX Designer I, you will create seamless, intuitive, and delightful user experiences for customers worldwide - from beginners to experts. You will transform problem statements into user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes while collaborating closely with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers. Your work will anticipate user needs, advocate for them, and ensure our products both solve problems and delight users.

Responsibilities

• Support senior designers in delivering world-class interaction designs from concept through shipping.
• Solve complex design problems with simple, intuitive solutions that blend brand personality with visual, motion, and sound elements.
• Create and evaluate designs using user research and goals.
• Produce design artifacts like storyboards, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision documents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to iterate and deliver flawless user experiences.
• Advocate design decisions within business and user contexts.
• Self-manage and be proactive in design tasks.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in interaction design.
• Experience in user interface design, data visualization, and prototyping.
• Proficient in Figma (or Sketch/XD). Knowledge of Principle, Framer, Webflow, Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user behavior, including edge cases and use cases.
• Knowledge of information design and user psychology.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in prototyping or front-end development.
• Understanding of Visual Design principles.
• Knowledge of UX copywriting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related fields.
