About the NATS Apprenticeship Program

The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a structured program where Volvo India engages newly graduated individuals for a one-year apprenticeship. Participants receive practical exposure and skill development across functions within Financial Services.

Job Summary

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Provide operational support to the finance department.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare audit schedules and support activities at the General Ledger level.
• Collect and compile data required for business control schedules.
• Respond to data requests and audit-related queries from auditors.
• Assist in preparing final audit reports for submission to the group.

Mindset and Competence

• Commerce graduate with basic understanding of finance and accounting.
• Knowledge of taxation, accounting principles, compliance, and auditing.
• Ability to learn from challenges and overcome difficulties.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to develop new skills.
