The intern develops foundational knowledge and practical skills within a specific technical discipline. Work assignments are completed under the supervision of a manager, supervisor, or senior team member. The position may be temporary or alternate with academic semesters while the student continues school or vocational training.
The role provides exposure to areas such as technical support, software development, data analysis and reporting, networking and infrastructure, and DevSecOps or cloud support.
High School diploma or GED required. Candidates typically have less than one year of experience in the relevant area.
