What success looks like in this role
- Builds familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, processes, and methodologies.
- Performs routine Global Field Operations activities with guidance.
- Receives and responds to requests from clients and Field Engineering teams.
- Creates, validates, and tracks service tickets using Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management tools.
- Schedules client appointments and supports service arrangements.
- Coordinates essential parts and helps maintain call center operations.
- Monitors service level agreements (SLAs) and works with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth processes.
- Learns and follows Global Field Operations policies and practices.
- Supports initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction.
- Assists with assigned special projects.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Typically less than 1 year of experience in the related area.
