What success looks like in this role
- Develop familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and methodologies.
- With guidance, carry out routine Global Field Operations tasks, including receiving and responding to client and Field Engineering requests.
- Create, validate, and track service tickets using Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management tools.
- Schedule client appointments and support service access arrangements.
- Coordinate essential parts and help maintain call center operations.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and work with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Learn and follow Global Field Operations practices and policies.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction levels.
- Assist with assigned special projects.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED is required.
Typically requires less than 1 year of experience in the related area.
