Assist the Program Manager in coordinating and executing the Unisys Innovation Program end to end. This includes managing umbrella events such as NASSCOM Tech Series, Crusader Connect, Hackathons, and activities connected with the Unisys Innovation Portal.
Support processes such as allocation of abstracts to mentors, mentoring coordination, and evaluation cycles. Ensure adherence to contest timelines, SLAs, program schedules, UIP playbook guidelines, and defined deliverables, leading to the successful organization of the Grand Finale planned for August 2026.
Enable effective communication between mentors and student teams to maintain a productive and positive learning experience throughout the UIP Y17 journey.
Work with the Program Manager to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders involved in the program and its associated events, including initiatives like the NASSCOM Tech Series.
Provide operational support to ensure mentorship and evaluation rounds are conducted smoothly. Contribute to the organization and execution of the Tech Confluence and the Grand Finale scheduled for August 2026.
