Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Software Engineer eager to gain practical experience in software development. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as .NET, Python, and Azure, contributing to innovative projects in a collaborative environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the organization's mission, values, and goals to align with project objectives.
- Participate actively in training sessions and apply acquired skills to ongoing projects.
- Learn and work with technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the development team.
- Start under guidance and gradually take on independent responsibilities.
- Collaborate effectively with a global, distributed team across different time zones.
Key Requirements
- Fresh graduates interested in starting a career in IT.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), SparkSQL, Python, OOPS concepts (e.g., C#), and .NET.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Batch, Docker, and PowerShell scripting is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated, eager to learn, and accountable.
Qualifications
B.E, B.Tech, or MCA with little to no professional experience.
