Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business-to-business customers through email and chat channels.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support while meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Take ownership of customer interactions, resolving concerns through proactive problem solving and effective service.
• Handle sensitive or complex situations with empathy while representing the brand positively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documentation within internal systems.
• Achieve performance targets including quality, productivity, attendance, and first contact resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements through appropriate channels.

Basic Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer service oriented mindset with strong email communication abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and respond empathetically to customer needs.
• Basic user level knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with professional email etiquette and multi channel communication such as voice, email, and chat.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification or higher.
