Overview
About the Role
The Transactions team focuses on delivering transparent, trusted, and comprehensive data and insights related to M&A, public offerings, investor activism, equity buybacks, and bankruptcy. The team is looking for a detail-oriented data researcher with strong analytical capabilities to support its data operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teams involved in collecting and managing transaction data used by clients.
- Coordinate with team members, managers, and cross-functional content teams to drive projects and process initiatives.
- Contribute to workflow and productivity improvements across assigned business areas.
- Work closely with internal teams across offices to maintain effective collaboration.
- Assist with operational updates, reporting, and project-focused activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives involving LEAN practices, Robotics, and AI concepts.
- Help manage team workflows and contribute to talent development and engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in finance or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of Blue Prism, Python, Tableau, or Six Sigma is an added advantage.
