
Role: Client Success Analyst
The Client Success team consists of experienced professionals working with buy-side and sell-side clients across the United States. These clients range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 organizations and expect a high level of service. The team operates in a collaborative environment where responsibilities change daily and focus on delivering a successful customer journey.
This role is responsible for maintaining client engagement through consistent support and interactions. The position supports adoption, retention, and usage growth while contributing to strategic objectives at the account level.
Your interactions with clients help strengthen the relationship between customers and S&P Global Market Intelligence. Delivering a positive client experience encourages greater adoption of solutions and increases awareness within the client base, which contributes to revenue retention and growth.
The role offers opportunities to develop client relationship skills while building industry and product knowledge. Over time, employees can grow within the Client Success team or transition into product-focused roles.
