The Role: Client Success Analyst
The Client Success team consists of experienced professionals supporting global buy-side and sell-side clients across the US. Clients range from Tier 1 to Tier 3 organizations that expect a high level of service. The team works collaboratively in a fast-moving environment where responsibilities evolve daily.
This position focuses on ensuring a positive customer journey and maintaining meaningful touchpoints that strengthen long-term client engagement. The role contributes to product adoption, retention, and growth in platform usage while supporting account-level objectives.
Client interactions help reinforce the relationship between S&P Global Market Intelligence and its customers. Delivering a strong service experience supports client adoption of solutions and promotes awareness of the platform within client organizations, contributing to revenue retention and growth.
This role provides opportunities to expand client relationship management skills while building industry and product knowledge. Over time, you may grow within the Client Success team or transition toward more product-focused responsibilities. The experience also prepares you for potential roles in relationship management, sales, or product specialization.
