About the Role
S&P Global Market Intelligence is looking for a motivated Client Service Analyst to support clients using the Debtdomain platform. The role involves working with global teams across business lines while building expertise in finance, banking, and technology solutions.
Debtdomain is a web-based platform widely used in the global loan syndication market, combining CRM, bookbuilding, and secure dataroom capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client support and service for the Debtdomain platform, including training and onsite assistance where required.
- Work closely with global Service Analysts and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
- Collect and share client feedback to support ongoing product and service enhancements.
- Investigate product or service issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions or coordinate escalations.
- Coordinate with product and development teams for technical issue resolution.
- Handle multiple projects across varying timelines while maintaining strong organization.
- Support additional business-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in the financial industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with professional client interaction skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using internet-based applications.
Commercial Awareness and Skills
- Ability to analyze workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving capability.
- Professional handling of customer situations under pressure.
- Good PC proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office tools.
Communication and Teamwork
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal business units.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a global team environment.
