S&P Global’s Enterprise Solutions delivers solutions that help customers meet regulatory requirements while reducing business risk, cost, and operational complexity. The Financial Operations & Reporting Team manages client, service provider, and business partner billing along with revenue assurance, financial reporting, invoice dispute resolution, and contract reporting activities.
The Impact
The FinOps Associate supports revenue assurance and provides utilization and revenue-related insights to leadership teams. The role also involves validating claims and handling dispute resolution processes for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of supported business lines and the complete contract-to-service-to-billing cycle.
- Coordinate with Sales, Sales Operations, Contract Management, Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, SAP Reporting, Cash Application, Operations, and Client Services teams.
- Handle multiple tasks while meeting strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply process and product knowledge to support operational decisions and daily activities.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure tasks are accurately completed and reviewed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Power Query and Python is an added advantage.
- 0-1 years of experience preferred.
