About the Role

This is a night shift position, and flexibility to work in other shifts based on business requirements is expected.

The Team

The Client Operations team delivers client support for business intelligence tools by conducting investigative conversations and driving product adoption and revenue growth. The team operates globally across the US, Philippines, and Pakistan.

As part of the Client Services team, you will act as a product generalist for the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms while collaborating closely with Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support teams.

The Impact

You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries while demonstrating strong knowledge of the tools, datasets, and industries covered. The role also contributes to improving operational efficiency, reducing errors, and maintaining high client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client support and finance-related research assistance.
• Advocate for clients by helping resolve inquiries and maximize product value.
• Collaborate with Content and Product Management teams to address client concerns.
• Share client feedback with internal teams to improve product quality and content accuracy.

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing or Finance, or ACCA Finalist/Affiliate qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
• Interest in continuous learning.
• Basic understanding of finance and financial markets.

• Background in finance.
