Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with merchants, banks, and relationship managers to assist with onboarding
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth onboarding
- Monitor and track onboarding progress, ensuring compliance and documentation requirements are met
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in business operations or a related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
