Role Overview
The Integration Engineer will serve as the customer-facing advocate for Razorpay's suite of products, supporting the technical implementation and integration process for enterprise clients. Reporting to the Integration Team Leads within Razorpay's Business Engineering department, the role is critical to ensuring seamless platform integration for key merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of Razorpay's product suite and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
- Implement Razorpay solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless platform integration.
- Represent Razorpay in platform integration discussions with prospective merchants.
- Respond to and resolve reactive queries and requests from merchants within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Review and respond to integration and platform documentation shared by prospective customers.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer requirements and expectations.
- Validate client requirements in cases of product customization requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/ECE.
- 1+ years of experience in a software company.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Java, .Net, PHP, Python, JavaScript.
Education Requirement: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT/ECE
Technical Skills Required: Java, .Net, PHP, Python, JavaScript
