About the Internship Role
Razorpay is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join its Digital Marketing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates currently pursuing a BE/BTech degree who have a strong interest in digital marketing, especially SEO. MBA candidates with a background in Marketing or Analytics are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in technical site audits and web page optimization
- Work closely with the content and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
- Stay informed about algorithm updates and changes in the SEO landscape
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/BTech (any stream) – mandatory
- MBA (Marketing or Analytics) – preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to explore SEO and digital marketing
Technical Skills Required
Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Excel, Sheets, HTML, CSS
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Fundamental knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience or familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is an added advantage
