Your Role

We are looking for a persistent and motivated person to help create and run marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives that attract prospects at conferences and events, both virtual and in-person. You will be the point of contact for driving programs, processes, and systems within the Events Marketing vertical. You will need strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as healthcare professionals and prospects across the globe. You will turn collective ideas into successful outcomes through effective event management strategies.

A Day in the Life

• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales, digital marketing, procurement, and finance teams to execute events marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research, planning, documentation, and outreach.
• Use interpersonal skills to work with external vendors and turn collective ideas into creative event marketing campaigns.
• Own multiple processes and initiatives using project management techniques.
• Build workflows to track progress over weeks.
• Own the full vendor management process, from scouting and negotiation to tracking through the entire event marketing cycle.
• Be comfortable working US shift timings of 5:30 PM to 2 AM.

Requirements

• Graduation or post graduation from a recognized university.
• Persistence and diligence to go the extra mile.
• Basic understanding of events management is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English with an excellent command of grammar.
• Proactive, decisive, independent thinker with good industry research skills.
