Innovaccer Hiring Talent Acquisition Apprentice (Noida)

At Innovaccer Analytics, great talent is central to our success. We are looking for a motivated apprentice to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment while helping us find and hire strong talent in the technology and analytics sector.

You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to understand our hiring needs and company culture. The apprenticeship gives you the chance to learn recruiting tools and techniques, take part in interviews, and contribute to the overall candidate experience.

About the Role

• Help source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Take part in interviews to assess candidates' fit with our culture and job requirements.
• Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to organize applicants through the hiring process.
• Work with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Support the creation of job postings that attract qualified candidates.
• Keep candidates informed through communications and updates during hiring.
• Carry out background and reference checks as needed.
