About the Role

As a Process Developer in Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for accurate vendor invoice processing, resolving queries, and ensuring timely payments. The role requires strong knowledge of AP processes, India-specific compliance, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with payment guidelines.
• Demonstrate understanding of AP concepts such as 3-way match, PO/Non-PO, and GRN.
• Handle India import invoices by verifying documentation like Bill of Entry and packing lists.
• Apply knowledge of TDS and GST regulations, including applicable rates and categories.
• Resolve vendor queries within agreed service levels via email or ticketing systems.
• Validate invoice essentials such as supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, and date.
• Maintain exception trackers and logs for process improvement and knowledge retention.
• Perform transactional tasks in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
• Follow up with requisitioners to resolve invoice holds as per AP guidelines.
• Conduct daily internal audits to ensure invoice accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Preferred: Experience with India statutory requirements and SAP ERP systems.
