Overview
Pearson is seeking passionate and driven AI Engineering Interns to join our team in Bangalore. As an intern, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and help design intelligent systems that improve learner outcomes. You will be involved in the development and implementation of machine learning models, collaborating with a team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms
- Assist in data preprocessing, analysis, and feature engineering
- Contribute to model evaluation, validation, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products
- Conduct literature reviews and apply best practices in AI and ML
Duration: 3 Months (June until August)
Work Setup: Hybrid - Office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Salary: INR 30,000 per month
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning concepts
- Experience with Python and libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong academic background
