Role Summary
NXP is seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related discipline with an interest in SoC design. The intern will work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to advanced semiconductor design projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop modern SoC hardware solutions for areas such as automotive, IoT, voice and object recognition, security, smart connectivity, and touch sensing.
- Support engineers with end to end activities related to SoC design, verification, and implementation including physical design.
- Assist in the design and verification of digital and mixed signal IPs.
- Prepare technical documentation and present design results when required.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of CMOS technologies.
- Interest in IC design and the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of analog design is considered an advantage.
- Positive and creative mindset with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
