Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Help prepare welcome kits, set up new hire orientations, and make sure all "Day 1" documentation is completed smoothly.
• Work with various teams to assist new hires with laptops, Workday tasks, and scheduling HR orientations.
• HRIS and Documentation: Maintain digital employee records in Workday and ensure data integrity within our systems.
• Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of team-building events, town halls, and internal newsletters.
• Special Projects: Assist with ongoing HR projects in the country.

What We Are Looking For

• Current Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be speaking with many people.
• Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with complete professionalism.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and a quick learner with new software.
• The Attitude: A proactive, "no task is too small" mindset and a genuine interest in making the workplace better.
