Analyst (KPMG Learning Services)

KPMG Learning Services (KLS) delivers innovative, bespoke and high-quality learning to several high-profile public and private sector clients. The Co-Ordinator manages end-to-end event delivery across a range of scheduled training events, including administrative work across the learner's journey, from approving bookings through to billing and managing student tuitions, exams and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own all aspects of scheduled trainings.
• Own the learner's pathway end to end, from registration to the completion of the cohort.
• Handle queries and complaints from participants, learners, suppliers and clients by phone, email or in person, in line with agreed SLAs and the quality framework.
• Build effective customer service and relationship management across a range of stakeholders.

Operational Administrative Duties

• Book and confirm events in line with occupancy requirements.
• Process deferrals, concessions, OH and special considerations, and keep student databases updated on time across all systems.
• Process leavers and joiners, and update all related trackers.
• Coordinate with students, tuition providers, professional bodies and the internal learning team on tuition centres, study material and exam dates.
• Source and confirm suppliers, facilitators and venues.
• Communicate with learners, suppliers and venues throughout all processes.
• Handle post-event evaluations, billing and invoicing.
• Upload learners to multiple online programmes and platforms, and manage access permissions.
• Send communications for programme kick-off, pre and post exams, results processing and reporting to the business.
