- Work timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (subject to delivery requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist seniors and Assistant Managers with performance reviews of the team.
- Monitor work and manage and motivate the team so deliverables meet quality standards and agreed SLAs.
- Take an active part in the audit engagement team by performing audit procedures and tests for the assigned client.
- Contact the client and onshore team regularly to update them on audit engagement progress.
- Share knowledge and mentor and coach team members.
- Identify issues and missing information, then manage and track open items until they are resolved.
- Maintain data confidentiality and make sure team members follow the risk management policy.
- Review the team's work and give timely feedback so members can improve their performance.
- Build relationships with onshore team members across different locations.
- Audit complex sections of financial statements of companies in line with country-specific statutory requirements.
- Bring personal drive and a positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations.
- Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) proficiently.
