Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven IT Cloud Operations Intern to join our Digital Experiences and Architecture: Customer Support IT Engineering team. This role offers an opportunity to work alongside skilled Salesforce developers, architects, and QA engineers, contributing to impactful projects that support Customer Care Agents, Customer Success Managers, and Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in building features that enhance our products and services using Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, ChatBot, and AI.
- Participate in technical design discussions and follow industry best practices.
- Document technical specifications and ensure quality in deliverables.
- Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce products and contribute to solving real-world business challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a B.E, B.Tech, or B.Sc degree.
- Eligible batch: 2025 graduates.
- Strong interest in cloud operations, Salesforce development, and IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive learning attitude.
