Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Software Engineers. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, tools, and frameworks such as React, .NET, Databricks, and Azure. This position offers hands-on experience and is ideal for candidates eager to expand their technical expertise while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of Milliman’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
- Actively participate in training sessions and apply learned skills to projects.
- Learn and utilize tools, technologies, and frameworks used by the development team.
- Contribute to projects under guidance, gradually taking on more responsibilities.

Key Requirements
- Freshers with a keen interest in IT are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, .NET Core, and OOPS concepts (e.g., C#).
- Familiarity with Redux, Databricks, and SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated with a proactive learning attitude and ownership mindset.

- Education: B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or any related graduate degree.
