Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Software Engineers. In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, tools, and frameworks such as React, .NET, Databricks, and Azure. This position offers hands-on experience and is ideal for candidates eager to expand their technical expertise while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of Milliman’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Actively participate in training sessions and apply learned skills to projects.
• Learn and utilize tools, technologies, and frameworks used by the development team.

Key Requirements

• Freshers with a keen interest in IT are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, .NET Core, and OOPS concepts (e.g., C#).
• Familiarity with Redux, Databricks, and SQL is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated with a proactive learning attitude and ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or any related graduate degree.
• Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025

Technical Skills
