Key Criteria

• Only freshers whose graduation passout year falls between 2023 and 2025 will be considered.
• Candidates who have completed or are pursuing post graduation are not eligible for this role.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, changing environment and stay committed to accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and written or verbal instructions from a supervisor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Meet day-to-day process targets and customer SLAs.
• Work as per the client shift timings provided.
• Follow the governance mechanism established with the client.
• Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work in business-aligned shifts, including night shifts (24x7).
• Openness to changes in work methods or systems to improve performance beyond agreed standards.
• Mortgage knowledge is an added advantage.
• Graduation must be completed.
• Knowledge of the Banking, Mortgage or Insurance domain is a plus.
