Role Overview

This role is part of the BPO Service Line under the BPM Specialist functional area. The Systems Associate builds Python based tools for operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python based tools in the required IDE, working with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Mainframe, Selenium based web scraping, SAP, web automation, PDF and other Python supported applications.
• Take part in and document business requirement discussions with clients and operations teams.
• Write code, test it and deploy tools on operations floors.
• Support operations floors with maintenance and change requests.
• Prepare user manuals and case study documents.
• Assess processes and find automation opportunities.
• Carry out project feasibility studies and plan development effort estimates.
