Process Executive - Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

General Skills (Communication and Soft Skills)

• Listen actively and respond appropriately, probing and positioning the conversation to build a positive customer experience
• Empathize with customers and relate to their situation
• Keep the customer's needs and concerns at the centre of the call from start to finish
• Structure each call in an organized, efficient and professional way that the customer can easily follow
• Stay positive, polite and professional throughout the call

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge and understanding of the overall client process
• Identify routine customer needs or problems and determine solutions or options using the current workflow
• Show technology savviness and adapt quickly to changes in tools and processes

Preferred Skills

Customer Service, with a focus on regular customer service.
